1. Service-Based Nature of Business
As our services involve professional expertise, time, labor, consultation, development work, and digital deliverables, refunds are handled differently from physical products.
2. Project Deposits and Advance Payments
All advance payments, deposits, and milestone payments made for project initiation, planning, design, development, consultation, or resource allocation are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- QM Logics has not started any work on the project.
- A duplicate payment was made due to a billing error.
- Payment was processed incorrectly by our system.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed project milestones.
- Delivered software, websites, applications, or digital products.
- Consulting, technical support, or advisory services already rendered.
- Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required information, approvals, or materials.
- Change of mind after work has commenced.
5. Project Cancellation
Clients may request project cancellation in writing. If work has already begun, QM Logics reserves the right to retain payments corresponding to the work completed and resources allocated up to the cancellation date.
6. Subscription or Maintenance Services
For recurring maintenance, hosting, support, or subscription services, fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any payment-related concerns promptly.
